Warranty and Returns
At BOSII, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our dedicated quality control and assurance team inspects all items before shipping to ensure the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can arrange an exchange or refund.

If you encounter any issues with your order, please email us at info@bosii.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Clear picture or video of the problem (for defective, incorrect, or not as described items)
Our Solution
BOSII Responsibilities:
Fault on Our End: If the issue is caused by us, we will accept the item for a return or exchange at our expense. Upon receiving the item, we will either issue a full refund of the original product price or send a replacement free of charge. Customers do not need to return the item to our warehouse.
Customer Responsibilities:
Order Error (Incorrect Model/Product):
- Exchanges: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
- Refunds: Customers bear the shipping costs for returning the item. A flat processing fee of $5.00 per product will be deducted from the refund. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return Window: Monitors can be returned within 5 business days of delivery. Once a return agreement is signed, please allow 5 business days for a return label. Returns older than 5 business days will not be accepted.
Unwanted Items:
- If the customer decides they no longer want the item or wants an exchange, they can contact us within 5 business days of receiving the product. We will evaluate the situation and find a suitable solution. If a refund is mutually agreed upon, the customer will cover the return shipping costs and a $5.00 handling fee per item will be deducted from the refund.
- Return Window: Monitors can be returned within 5 business days of delivery.
Additional Notes on Warranty
- We do not accept unpaid couriers.
- All returns must be approved by our customer service team via email.
- Returned items must be in new, unused, unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging.
- We do not accept returns on used items or items that are more than 50% off unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Compensation Period
- We will process resolutions for returned or exchanged items within 5 business days of receiving the item.
- Refund timeframes:
- PayPal Account: Up to 48 hours
- Credit Card: 7-14 working days
