Incompatible laptop models?
For Mac OS systems, Macs equipped with M1/M2/M3 chips such as MacBook Air 2020/2022/2023/2024 or MacBook Pro 2020/2022 can only connect to one external display, and you can use the H5 video conversion cable we developed to connect the screen. These MacBook models only have 2 USB-C ports, and the 2 external screens connected to the S2 product will occupy the charging port. It is recommended to purchase a USB hub with more than 3 ports and connect one of the screens using the 2 cables of the H5-T. Your MacBook can also be charged using the port on the hub. The other screen is directly connected to the USB-C port on the MacBook.
If you don't want to buy a USB hub, you can also connect the power cable directly to the screen. Our screen supports reverse powering the MacBook. The port connecting the screen occupies your laptop charging port,one screen wtih laptop USB-C (Power Delivery),Connect another USB-C to USB-C to this screen, and connect the other end of the cable to an external power source (just like charging a mobile phone). In this way, the screen is connected to an external power source, and this power source can also reversely charge the laptop.

The reasons why the screen automatically shuts down and restarts after a short period of time are as follows:
1. Insufficient power supply. Please connect your laptop to a power source to ensure stable power supply;
2. Update the graphics card driver of the laptop. The old version of the graphics card driver causes unstable video signal transmission. Please visit the official website of your laptop brand for graphics card driver update download;
3. Please check the light at the screen interface. If it is red, the cable or interface is damaged, resulting in unstable signal transmission. You can replace the cable to test whether it is the interface or the cable itself that is faulty. Apply for warranty with us based on the fault problem.
