Why does one monitor show "No Signal"?

    Because your laptop has only one fll-unctioned Type-C available, please use 1 USB-A to USB-C and 1 USB-C to HDMI cable (2 cables).Or type-C outlet cannot provide more than 5V/2A power, then you need to connect an external 5V/2A adapter to power S2.

How to link the HDMI port if the computer only has HDMI?

How the Type-C connector should be linked？

    If your laptop has one full-featured Type-C port, you can connect the M2 directly to your laptop with one Type-C cable.

Hub Connection for Mac System?

    For Mac OS system, you will need to connect the dedicated M2 model hub to install the built-in driver to activate both screen extender.

The screen does not light up after connecting ?

    It may be that your computer does not have enough power. Please charge the monitor using an external power source that provides 5V/2A power.
